Marking emails as read can be a good way to start recovering your digital space on email. The report, published on the site, said that there are two cases, the first is that all your email messages can be marked as read in the desktop version of Gmail. In the mobile app, the second you can just mark messages as read one by one. There are two options for how to mark all emails as read in Gmail on the desktop, which is to use the search bar or the Mark all option.
Using the search bar in 6 steps, it came as follows:
Go to the Gmail website and sign in, if necessary.
Type label: inbox is: unread in the search bar, located at the top of the screen.
Press Enter. You will then see all unread emails appear.
Click the carrot down next to the checkbox at the top of the email list, and click All.
If it appears, click Select all conversations that match the results in the banner at the top of the screen.
Click the three dots on the right end of the menu above the selected emails and choose Mark as Read.
