How to enable dark mode on Google search for desktop?

Google launched the dark mode for Google search pages on the desktop, and the company also announced that the dark mode will be available for search pages including the Google home page, search results page, and search settings, among other things.

Google began testing dark mode for Google Search on the desktop in December of last year, and the feature is already available for Google Search on mobile.

With the new addition, users will be able to choose from three options in the appearance settings, they can either choose to keep the Google search appearance settings in sync with the default appearance of their computer or they can choose light texts on a dark background.

The third option will include placing light which means dark texts on a light background, which is also the default feature.
